Dr. Rebekka Eberle studied Renewable Energy Engineering and Management at the University of Freiburg. She worked on temperature-dependent characterization of silicon solar cells at Fraunhofer ISE and received her Ph.D. from the University of Freiburg in 2020. Since then she works as a scientist at the Department of Sustainable Systems Engineering of University Freiburg and deals with  sustainable building energy technology; here the focus is on energy-efficient building equipment, building refurbishment and on the integration of renewables in building energy systems with the aim of the climate-neutral building stock.
