Oliver Höhn

Fraunhofer ISE

Dr. Oliver Höhn received his Ph.D. from the University of Freiburg in 2015 with the thesis: "Angle-selective photonic structures for an optimized radiation balance in solar cells". Since then, he has been working at Fraunhofer ISE as a Researcher and project manager in the Team Micro structured surfaces.

His research focus is:

·      Micro- and nanostructured functional surfaces

·      Large area structure origination by interference lithography

·      Optical and topographical characterization of micro and nanostructured surfaces and thin films

·      Wave optical modelling

·      Photon management for optoelectronic devices considering emission processes

·      Modelling and design of complex thin-film filters

·      Optical modelling of solar cells, especially highly efficient multi-junction solar cells
