Anas Abuzayed holds a PhD in Energy Economics and Energy Markets from Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU), Germany. His research focuses on flexibility options for a successful and cost-optimal energy transition, energy system optimization, and the development of models for future energy systems. He has expertise in energy market design, flexibility solutions, and the integration of technologies such as battery storage and hydrogen-ready power plants. He is currently working as a BESS Product Manager at EDF power solutions.
