1. First academic degree in engineering or natural sciences (physics, chemistry, electronics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, material sciences, computer engineering, etc.)
2. One year of work experience.
3. Proof of English proficiency.

Entry with an alternative Bachelor Degree will be considered if the necessary mathematical and technical expertise has been acquired elsewhere (e.g. relevant industrial experience).

The application process for the Master’s degree at the University of Freiburg is conducted online through the Campus Management platform.

Step 1:
Create an online application on the Campus Management platform.
Step 2:
Schedule a short online meeting with the Program Coordinator to learn more about the program.
Step 3:
Prepare certified hardcopies of your degree documents, including your Bachelor diploma, Transcript of records, English language proficiency certificate, and University entrance qualification or High school diploma. Send these documents by mail to the University of Freiburg.
Step 4:
Pay the study fees to begin your journey toward Solar Energy.
